2. Order & Pay

When placing your Handpan order, you have the option to pay in one or two installments. We support various payment methods and offer a highly secure checkout process powered by Squarespace. Initially, you can secure your order by paying a 40% deposit of the Handpan's price, with the remaining balance due once the Handpan is completed and ready for shipment.

1. Choose your Handpan

Select your Handpan by carefully listening to the available options on the Shop page. Each Handpan listing includes a video showcasing the instrument's sound quality, allowing you to experience it firsthand before making your choice.

3. Delivery

Following your reservation, our team will reach out to you personally to ensure all details are in order. Once the full payment is received, we'll promptly arrange the delivery of your handpan. The entire process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.

4. Shipping & Insurance

All shipments are handled by leading international logistics companies like DHL, DPD, and UPS, or your local post office. The Handpan is carefully packaged and insured for up to 2,500 euros before being dispatched.

5. Track & Trace

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number for your handpan, ensuring a secure delivery to your doorstep. Upon arrival, please inspect your handpan and dive into the full enjoyment of its musical magic.

6. Recieve

Recieve your handpan at your doorstep and enjoy the magic.
